These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 33ed ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 33ed website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, promotional offers, and all other features and functionality made available through the platform at 33ed.io.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, together with the forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 33ed platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or consecutively — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33ed will merge or close the accounts at its sole discretion.

Corporate Entities: Accounts may only be registered by natural persons. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register accounts on the platform.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your 33ed account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 33ed will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as authorised by you.

Suspicious Activity: If you believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33ed immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. 33ed will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period to protect your funds and data.

Account Verification (KYC): As part of our commitment to fair play and financial security, 33ed applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card, a passport, a driver's licence, a utility bill or bank statement confirming residential address, or a screenshot confirming ownership of the mobile wallet used for deposits. Supported Payment Methods: 33ed currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile wallet and payment services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied, and no conversion fees are charged by 33ed.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and will be returned to the originating mobile wallet. 33ed is not responsible for delays in the return of funds caused by the mobile wallet provider's own processing timelines.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical issue affecting the payment gateway, credited amounts may be delayed by up to sixty (60) minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after this period, please contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used to make the most recent deposit on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to six (6) hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted during peak periods or outside business hours may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.

Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Failed Withdrawals: In the event that a withdrawal cannot be completed due to an error with the registered mobile wallet (such as an inactive account number or a wallet that has reached its transaction limit), 33ed will attempt to contact the player via the registered mobile number or email address to resolve the matter. Unclaimed withdrawal amounts will be held in the player's 33ed account balance for a period of thirty (30) days.

Placement of Bets: Bets may be placed on any market that is open and available on the 33ed sportsbook at the time of placement. It is the player's responsibility to review the full bet slip, including selection details, odds, and stake, before confirming any wager. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

Odds and Market Changes: 33ed reserves the right to change the odds on any market at any time prior to bet acceptance. Odds displayed on the platform are indicative. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, as shown on your bet receipt. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and are subject to change at any moment during a live event.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in any of the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed within the applicable timeframe; a technical error caused incorrect odds to be displayed; the selection was unavailable or incorrectly listed at the time of placement; or the event is subject to a result reversal by the relevant sporting authority. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

Maximum Winnings: 33ed applies a maximum single-event payout cap. Players will be informed of applicable limits at the time of bet placement where this cap is relevant to their selection. Winnings exceeding the stated cap will be paid at the cap amount only.

Multi Bet Accumulators: When using the 33ed Multi Bet feature, all individual selections within the accumulator must win for the combined bet to be settled as a winner. If any single selection within the accumulator is voided, the accumulator will be recalculated excluding the voided selection, with the odds and returns adjusted accordingly.

Errors and Misprints: In the event of a manifest pricing error — defined as odds that are clearly and materially inconsistent with the true market price for that event — 33ed reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. This provision applies regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the platform's automated system.

Game Providers and Certification: All casino and slot games available on 33ed are supplied by internationally recognised third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Where any of the below is identified, 33ed reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s) and to forfeit all balances, pending winnings, and bonus funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name or under a different identity.

All content on the 33ed platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of 33ed or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 33ed platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; modify or create derivative works based on platform materials; use any 33ed trade mark, logo, or brand asset for any commercial or personal publication purpose; or frame or mirror the platform on any other website or application.

The 33ed platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 33ed takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and reliability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, downtime, or technical outages.
• Delays or failures in the processing of bets or financial transactions caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
